It is my pleasure to serve as your local unit president for the 2020-2022 term. I know how important this organization is for school personnel retirees and promise to work hard on your behalf.
It is my pleasure to serve as your local unit president for the 2020-2022 term. I know how important this organization is for school personnel retirees and promise to work hard on your behalf.
The Carteret County unit of NCRSP (North Carolina Retired School Personnel) stands strong today; with your help, it can remain vibrant and continue to grow. Every member is important and each one can play a vital role; all members benefit as a result of individual effort from all members.

I believe that membership and legislative action are the keys to making the local and state organizations relevant. Safeguarding our pensions and insisting upon adequate health care insurance are primary goals. Keeping the Defined Benefit Pension Plan is also important to North Carolina retirees.

2020-2021 has been a challenging period for all local units across the state. As a new year begins, we will find our way to a new state of normalcy. Hopefully, we can resume a regular meeting schedule and our members will return to take an active role as officers and committee members in the only organization that works solely for you and only you.
